A. As you explore the new media landscape, you should blog about your experience. Blogging topics to consider: list your favorite or least favorite sites you visited; if you find an interesting, or thought provoking site—link to it and write what you think about it.
B. In your blog posts, try the following: 1. Link to places you’ve been. You can link by either copying and pasting the entire URL of a website into a post, or (better yet) you can do a hyper-link by selecting a word or phrase in your post and then click the link icon on your blogspot’s web editor.
2. Try uploading digital photos to your blog. If you have a digital camera, download a picture from your camera, and then click on the photo icon in your blogspot web editor. Then, find the digital photo file and place it into your post.
3. Try embedding an internet video. Most video you find on the internet can be embedded into your blog. To embed a video, copy and paste its embedding code directly into your post. After you paste the code into your post, you'll find a video in your blog like this:
4. Play with the functions on your right sidebar. Blogspot has a lot of interesting functions, including an on-line pool, a news generator, and a link display. Try them out.
